Recently I started looking for an apartment, I was amazed to see that the developers are least bothered about RERA and they are not violating so many rules in-spite of RERA being in force.
I would list some of the deviations which I was able to find out with minimal research.
1. Projects which have passed their deadline and still not completed/Have not applied for renewal of their RERA application, RERA website clearly suggests that
"Public is hereby informed that the
project registration period for the following projects have expired and
are yet to be renewed.

So clearly RERA will not rescue the buyer if they get stuck with these builders
